Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated the registration of JEE (Joint Entrance Examination 2013. From 2013 & Onward Admission to all Engineering (B.Tech) Colleges including Private,Government,NITs & IITs shall be done through the performance in 10+2 followed by entrance examination of JEE (Main).Paper-I of JEE (Main) shall be taken in account for the eligibility of JEE (Advanced). Candidates desirous of taking admission in IITs shall have to qualify Paper-I of JEE (Main) and then have to sit in JEE (Advanced) . Various details about examination,eligibility and applying process are briefly discussed below, candidates are advised to go through notification first, before deciding to apply online.

** Eligibility :-10+2/Intermediate or equivalent with PCM,Appearing candidates may also apply.However,Candidates who expect that theoir 10+2 result would be decalred after March 2013,need not to apply.
**Mode of Application :- Only online mode of application is valid.
**Admission :- Admission of candidates in IITs/NITs and other participating Institutions will be done by taking into account, combined performances of candidate in 10+2 or equivalent examination and 60% weightage to JEE(Main).
** Type of Examination :- Examination will have two Papers- Paper -I and Paper II.

**Paper Choices
Candidates opting for B.tech courses like Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering etc. should apply for Paper-I while candidates desirous for pursuing Architecture Engineering in future, may proceed with Paper-II.

** Mode of Examination :- JEE (Main) will be conducted in two modes :- (1) Offline/Paper & Pen based test and (2) Online/Computer based Test.However,Paper-II will be offline /Paper and Pen based Test only.

Fee Payment:- Following are the Fee deatils for JEE (Main) 2013.Fee payment can be made either through Credit/debit Card & Internet Banking or by usinfg Demand Draft.Demand Draft shall be made in favour of Secretary, CBSE, payable at Delhi.

** How to Apply :- Step1.) Visit JEE (Main) Registration Portal using any Compatible Browser i.e, IE7+, Chrome 15+,Safari 4.0+ and Firefox 5+.
* Step 2.) Click on New Registration/Apply Online now link.
Step3.) Fill the application form correctly, after successful submission Application No. will be generated.
Step4.) Write the Application no. somewhere and keep it for future reference.
Step 5.) Login using Application no.and pay either using Online Banking or by entering details of Demand draft.
Step6.) Take the print out of Confirmation Page after payment and after attestation and filling the confirmation page manually, send it via Speed Post/Ordinary Post to the following address :-
